Harold Johnson’s experience in Hawaii began with
developer Fred Kresser in the late sixties and early seventies. He became
Construction Manager for Kaiser Properties until beginning The Johnson Company
in 1976. His prior experience with Arciero Brothers and his own South Bay
Pipeline provide him with invaluable insight to construction and development.

Since joining the family business in 1979, Hal has
taken part in each aspect of the growing company from the trenches to heavy
equipment operation, crew foreman to Project Manager, and from estimator to
head of operations. Hal holds construction licenses for Hawaii, California, Idaho,
Washington and Nevada.

Walt Hansen brings more than 30 years of
construction experience in CPM Scheduling Cost Estimating, Estimating, LEED and
Construction Management. With
complete knowledge of the construction environment Mr. Hansen is skilled in
securing federal, state, and local regulatory land-use approvals and has an
extensive background in facility design and construction including Claim Consulting. He is also heavily
experienced in developing and implementing business and company polices.
Mr.
Hansen interfaces with local planning, operating, finance, and legal
organizations to meet local requirements and create positive relationship with
community and civic leaders.
He has complete
knowledge of accounting protocol with advanced computer knowledge including
networking and hardware systems.

Brian D. Hall
Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Brian has twenty
plus years in heavy highway and bridge construction. He started as a heavy
equipment operator then spent years as a project superintendent before becoming
a licensed California general engineering contractor. OSHA, SERA, HAZWOPR certified.
Troy L. Guerrero
Project Manager / Safety Program Officer
Troy Guerro
brings almost twenty five years of Hawaiian construction experience as well as
previously operating his own general contracting business. Troy has worked all
over the Western United States specializing in both civil engineering and
building construction. He possesses Safety Training Certificates from several agencies.
He performs duties as a Project Manager and controls adherence to safety
specifications both in house and per contract.
Ken E. Johnson
Senior Project Manager / Comptroller
Ken has thirty
plus years in accounting and general contracting. He joined The HE Johnson Company as comptroller in 1990. His past experience as a project estimator and superintendent and as
a licensed Washington general engineering and building contractor give him a unique perspective to all aspects of our operation. OSHA and Asbestos Abatement Certification
